Tip Fallon


Tip Fallon, a native of Prince George’s County (MD), founded the Heart Awards Foundation to make a difference in the lives of teens in the community where he was raised.  He draws on his passion for youth empowerment and social change to ensure that the organization continually provides resources for area youth to make an impact in their communities.  Tip is an organization development consultant and lives in the DC area.

Kushaan Shah

Strategy Director

Kushaan has been with “I Got Heart” since September 2013 and has been involved with many different aspects of the marketing and strategy of the organization. . He has donned many hats from internships in Business to trysts in mentoring and community development at low-income schools in the greater DC Area. Kushaan currently works as a consultant at IBM  and hold’s a bachelors from the University of Maryland. He is inspired by education, youth empowerment, social startups, and other world-changing ideas. A Massachusetts native, he is a fan of Boston sports and also loves Mexican food and comedy sitcoms. Tai Conely

Tai is an award-winning educational program specialist and non-profit consultant. Her passion for empowering youth began early in her career while working with AmeriCorps as a teacher for inner-city public charter schools. Tai has international development experience, as the Principal Consultant at Ideal Resource Int’l Consulting Group in Sub-Saharan Africa, where she designed educational programs and outreach communication initiatives to support the United Nations Millennium Development Goals focused on economic empowerment, higher education, and access to healthcare. Tai holds a Bachelors degree from Howard University and is currently pursuing her Masters degree at Georgetown University.

Melissa Montenegro

Melissa brings years of experience in social media and youth outreach as Public Relations Chair.  Passionate and devoted to non-profits and teen empowerment, Melissa has helped to energize the Heart Awards Foundation’s presence online and in the community.  She holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Georgia.

Spencer Hamilton

Spencer is a strategy and financial consulting professional with experience in technology, private equity, and international development. He started his career in Peace Corps – Haiti, and has also taught undergraduate business courses in strategy and entrepreneurship at Dominican University of California.
Spencer studied sociology and communication at the University of Southern California, and holds an MBA with high distinction from Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, where he was the winner of the coveted Capstone Competition for best strategy.

Saurabh Mehta

Saurabh brings experience as a consulting professional who primarily deals with leadership development and organizational design. He has a passion for developing and empowering youth to lead change in their communities. Saurabh holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
